Question - Using MQ2 from dropbox, recent issues

I've been using MQ2 from dropbox for years, but recently, my work PC in particular, has been having a lot of issues. Weird macro issues, plugins not working right, and just overall instability. On my home PC everything works fine. Just wanted to ask if anyone has any input on this or run into the same issues.

I have some issues with dropbox too. always having conflicts on files kissassist_buffs and kissassist_dps. each time a buff is cast or so, a new conflict file appear

This is how I've been running it for years, and I dont really have any major drama with it.
I do get a lot of conflict files, but it doesn't appear to impact anything (all my stuff runs from SSDs)

Yeah its still works just been having more issues lately. Probably just need to clear out my MQ2 and start again, but I have sooo much crap in there I hate to do it.
