We had some issues with RedCents not being given upon receiving reputation. That should be fixed now, and all unaccredited RedCents should be now be on your account. Check the RedCent story to make sure,

(for every positive reputation you get, you should receive 10 RedCents)

I found the issue. We'll have everyone's redcents caught up by tonight or tomorrow, sorry for the delay.

edit: all fixed, and everyone who missed RedCents due to the bug should have received a PM.
