Unhandled exception when pressing Settings. 9/23 patch

So I was having issues with crashes. Made sure to re-download RGUpdate and the new compile. Set it all up just as I had in the past with no issues but when I try to hit "settings" to toggle what loads I get an unhandled exception


I can Update and it tells me its updates files and added new files but it does not seem to work. When I try to load mq now with eq it simply doesnt read that mq is on.


Any idea what is going on ? never had this issue before.
