Request - Two kiss requests pretty please.

Two requests for kiss so I can quit using Melee for most of my classes.

1) a revamp of the weave function so it consistently will cast aas and clickies during spell cool downs.

2) if notif statements built into the dps section.

1) Is subjective. kiss handles so many things events could easily skew the timing. People can easily setup there ini files wrong. The dps section would have to do nothing but cast in absolute order and nothing else. noevents no heals just pure brute force casting of spells and weave items.

2) will be coming in 9.2 ish after 9.0 is officialy released

I figured the weave one would get a bit tricky. As it is now though it only actually weaves for a mob or two and usually just eats the cast time of a stronger spell. I've played with a few different setups but haven't found the sweet spot.

You have to make sure the weave is right after a spell. Weave tag will only cast on global cool down
