For not those of us using a wizard / mage on KA twincast doesn't fire , so of me playing with it for a few hour's tonight and getting it tweaked for my wizard's ini I have come up with a downshit for twincast it fire's a lot and quite often , which also picked up my wizards dps from group average 35-40k without a bard to 53k my wizard is max aa max group gear 727 spell damage and a man so here is my downshit and goodluck
To Add this to your Wizard's ini
1) in game type /plugin mq2melee which will first load the Macro plugin
2) You would want to /melee save - What this does is save's your wizards melee to your ini which should be located in your Release Folder Should be named as follow's SERVER_TOONNAME
3) You want to make sure you add it in and make sure its correct so would be something like this

AutoSpend=1
BruteForce=0
BankPoints=0
[MQ2AASpend_AAList]
[MQ2Rez]
Accept=1
[MQ2Melee]
downflag8=1

what this does is Add's your wizards or mage's twincast to your mq2melee ini this being done you want to select file . then save
4) you wanna go back in group and type /plugin mq2melee unload then /plugin mq2melee load , then /melee save which will save your downshit to fire on your mq2melee everytime its loaded
5) you wanna type /melee help to assure that the above steps 1-4 worked correctly and you will see something similar to MQ2MELEE::downflag1=1 or something similar if you followed my steps correctly ,
on the mean time I figured id work on something to help with caster dps until we can get the twincast situation fixed and figured out with kissassist - I know some of you may already have done this and cool but some have not and I am doing this to help those that have not and need it I have some other ideas as well if you guys wanna pm me
