Edit the KissAssist_Info.ini file, and under the zone put the NPC name in: MobsToIgnore=NAMEHERE

That worked perfectly. Thank you for your assistance. I was unaware of the settings that file contains. Another new thing learned today!

you can also make a /addignore hotkey while running kiss you can click it to add a mob to ignore list
