Transfer Guide/Break the 6 month rule? (1 Viewer)

Welp, right now there is a guide going around on Playerauctions that claims alot. I need some help here with breaking that 6 month transfer rule.
I really hope someone is willing to share this information with me.

Well, for those who wanted to know about the 6 month rule... well, lack there of. What I am saying is that is no longer a 6 month rule! As I learn some more stuff i'll post it.
