fyi ..you can go to eqplayers to track your characters exp progress while you are at work (if you are exping with some sort of macro)

I have my group of 4 logged in and exping while I work ..its fun to check and see my chars getting exp ... I just go to eqplayers and check the xp percent in the char screen. Also, I can tell if any of my guys die cuz their xp percent goes down ;P

awesome, do you know how often the eqplayers stats are updated? i can't imagine it being totally synchronized all the time, but this is helpful, thanks :)

Well, what you can do if you want updates constantly is include the /eqplayersupdate or whatever it is ...command inside your macros, forcing an update to occur at a set time or after every string of events.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think eqplayersupdate is only able to be used once every 24 hours.

Use an IRC channel and you can connect at work, and then request info from them that way.

most of it updates infrequently, but the xp% of your character I believe updates in real time for some reason ...it is always right on ..even if my characters havn't zoned ..and it goes up by increments of 1% as my characters get xp. -

note ..you have to actually click into the character stats screen ...in the list of characters with your name your lvl info will be less frequently updated and is almost always wrong.

the same goes for the stats and hp/mana ...always correct and updates in real time ...I can tell when my chars lose buffs by their hp or stats going down.
