I can't seem to get this one to work. Seems like it won't do any of the DPS things unless there is more than one target in camp?

I am trying this INI as I am looking for a ranger to do Range DPS, But when I set this assist as per the INI he runs up and melee even with meleeOn=0 ? Do I have to unload some basic part of Kiss assist?
