Question - Today's dumb question... how do you make a rogue sit to gain endo?

I tried setting med to 100% seeing as he doesn't have mana, but no luck. I'd like him to take a seat out of combat to regain endurance. Is there a setting I can tweak for this?

Thought I'd report on my stupidity. MedOn was set to 0 ... yeah....

Medon=1
And set med from 99, so every time the rogue is not in combat basically should sit down and med.
Make sure "Med in combat" is not checked (0), otherwise he will just keep on sitting out every fight
