Question - Texture pack + MQ results in big FPS drop

I'm trying out a HD texture pack, EQ Basic to be exact, and as soon as MQ loads my FPS goes from 60 to below 20. Curious as to why that would be. Do higher res textures make MQ have to work that much harder? Would it be caused by a specific plugin? I tried unloading individual plugins but didn't see any improvement.

well since that pack is for project 99 an emu server, that does not support mq, who knows what it done to your system.

you cant just take emu client stuff and pop it into eq live.
