Tip - Test Server - Explorer Achievement

Greetings everyone,

Slowly getting back into the game, but not wanting to grind out anything or hunt anything specific. I am working on my Explorer Achievement and have a bugger of a time finding a Grand Guild Hall to get my team into. Does anyone playing on Test have a Grand Guild Hall, or know of a neighborhood that has an open one?
