Problem - Targetting & casting issues

Have a cleric and shaman in group, both are set to nuke unless the tank gets in dire straits. As of yesterday, the bots were working fine. No changes to their INIs have been made in the mean time. The only difference in setup has been to disable EQPlayNice and turn on MQ2FPS as detailed in my other bug thread. Now, they will still heal when the conditions are met, but the shaman doesn't recast Unfettered Growth, the cleric doesn't recast Shining Armor or Armor of Vie and neither of them will nuke. Also, they keep their target constantly pinned on the tank, and you can see their targets flicker as they try to target something else but then immediately return to target the tank.
