Target on Map Question

Sometimes I bring up my map and see a

Generic(sm)

In white letters. Anyone know what this is? Sometimes there are there and then dissappear. I have no idea what it is and makes me nervious it might be a GM lurking.

This is something dropped on the ground like roots or something (or a ground spawn) if you look at AFK foragers you will see them under them all the time... if you go to them and double click you will get it on your curser and you can see what it is..... generic (sm) or (lg) is used for ganking as your target code sometimes also.
