Modbot Release Tank not grabbing mobs in camp (1 Viewer)

Experiencing an issue where tank pulls to camp. when mobs arrive to camp he doesn’t always engage the mobs. the mobs wills jump onto people as they come into a room and he will not start tanking…. on his pathing back to camp he drops targets returns to his camp spot and hangs out. also this prevents him from pulling more mobs also.

What settings should I start with for checking?

Are you using MB to pull? With a pull path, etc?
 
Class of tank and do they have some ability set at 100%+ hp? If none of there aggro abilities are set high enough then they will sit and wate for the mob to drop to that % before engaging. Basicly there cycling debuff entries but none activate due to not meeting the required hp%. Mercs wont engage until 95% unless set to burn. My enc will tash/slow/mez at 100% but wont cast any DD/DoT until 99%. My pally has there aggro spells set to 101% to ensure these can always be cast.
 
everything is set to 101 at least. tank is warrior. the effect is extremely inconsistent. sometimes when mobs arrive back at camp he turns and engages sometimes he doesn’t. my shaman will slow/debuff/dot(in case tank doesn’t engage so a mob doesn’t stand around forever pounding on the group)

tank is set, tank is declared as tank, set as puller, and main assist. that said my dps outside of my shaman are set to follow his queue.

Do you have Tank/Puller set in Group Roles, in your ModBot ini, or have used the ModBot commands for such? Or a combination of these?
 
Personally I find it easiest to leave the ini set to variables and set MT/MA in group window.
TankName=${Group.MainTank.Name}
PullerName=${Group.Puller.Name}

Now if I dont set MT/MA the functionality gets funky. But I dont use the pulling feature. Having a pally for MT I'm usually content and can find more then enough mobs to just stand there and pull with spells/bow. Do have some occasional issues with leash not pulling the MT back due to cumulative wandering but never had any issues with the MT engaging.
 
Modbot's Pulling feature needs a lot of work. I haven't updated it in a long time. But, yes, it is on the list.
 
Any update to this? When i was using 4.0 it was working with the same ini file, now its not and i have fiddled with the settings for a couple hours now without any luck. When a mob is brought into the camp, the war sees it but doesnt engage. Also, when the mob dies after manually engaging, it doenst move to the next mob. I have all in game settings on maintank, i also have MB set to my mt, i tried with camphere on and without. as well as many other things. also checked my ini, everything is on set to what it was in the previous version outside the new params.
Tried the suggestion here as well without anyluck

update. I pulled with all in mb and without mb running, no changes. however, when i pulled without and then FD, the mob attacked my shm and then my tank did jump on it. so confused. lol
 
I have a couple of small updates to push. After that, I will attempt to work on Pulling. ModBot's pull routines are long overdue for updates.
