I've been working my level 80-ish warrior through the Slayer achievement and had no luck finding a macro for the Table Flipper, 5000 kills achievement. Here's what worked for me. I found my favorite, low-level zone with a barrel, bone, box, chest, clock, coffin, mimic, table, totem, trap, or web . . . . for me this was Goru'kar Mesa at the satyr camp. There were weapons racks at the back of the tents. I selected my favorite out-of-the-way rack (because I planned on going afk while letting the macro do the tedious work.) Then I ran kissassist with the following settings:
Role=hunter
CampRadius=10
CampRadiusExceed=2
PullWith=melee
MaxRadius=20
MaxZRange=10
PullWait=45

With kissassist running, anytime the local satyrs spawned, I killed them as camp adds; and it didn't really interrupt my whacking of the weapons rack. Eventually I got the You're Faunny achievement too, by killing these satyrs. Total time to achievement = (45 sec/kill) * (5000 kills) = 225000 sec = 3750 min = 62.5 hrs = 2.6 days. All automatically . . . . I love MQ2!
EDIT: I forgot to say that you should ensure you kissasssit.info file has the mob listed of rack, barrel, etc. Also, all those satyrs count for the Conquest slayer achievement of Legendary Creatures. BONUS!
