What are some good zones/camps/strategies to grind out AA's? Or to level from 60-75 perhaps?

Just wondering what other are trying.

I duo a ranger and a cleric with puller.mac and healer.mac anywhere I can find a good spot with safe pulling distances. Right now I found a good room in griegs end.
