Spell Skill Macro?

Since KissAssist is such a great compilation of macros and botting resources I was wondering if there is a macro that can cast a certain range of spells to increase my skills and if/when mana is low it begins to med to a certain percentage? I know there is MQ2cast included in KissAssist however it doesn't "appear" to be as automated as much as KissAssist is for MQ2Twist? Is it possible I can target myself and simply /mac kissassist to intelligently buff/cast on me? I want it to keep casting regardless of whether or not the spell is still active of myself or a merc. I hope this makes sense. I want to raise my skills but I don't want to have to sit here and click over and over for hours raising them. Thanks for any insight!

I just used /mac cskillup on my cleric last night it works great. It has a preset spell list it will cast for each class and you can go into it and change the spells if needed
