Problem - Spam Buffing

I am having a difficult time with my cleric and and a few other characters continue to spam buff themselves.

Buffs9=Unified Hand of Righteousness|Dual|Righteousness|Cond9
Cond9=!${Target.Buff[Righteousness].ID} && ${Spell[Righteousness].StacksTarget}

Ive also tried to change it to

Buffs9=Unified Hand of Righteousness|Cond9
Cond9=!${Target.Buff[Righteousness].ID} && ${Spell[Righteousness].StacksTarget}

Even though my cleric has this buff blocked ingame:

Blockedbuffs=Rabid Bear Form|Group Guardian of the Forest Form|Hand of Righteousness|Form of Mana|Earth Elemental Form|Form of the Great Wolf|Juggernaut Form|Guardian of the Forest Form|Righteousness|Form of the Great Wolf|Strength of the Wildstalker|Pact of the Wolf Form|Vaporous Veil|



She just continues to keep trying to cast this spell on her. even with a stackstarget check which i am not sure why its doiung this. i have a similar issue with my ranger. but atm this has been my problem witgh the previous version 11.005 and the current Beta 12 version. Thank You

Saar, or someone else told you the other night to add Unified Hand of Righteousness to the blocked buff list, not the individual buffs that are applied, since kiss does not check for those. so its gonnn cast it on you.

it is added to the block buff list unless i am mis understanding?

Have you tried to use the /echo ${Spell[Righteousness].StacksTarget} and see what is displayed? if you have added the buff to the EQ client, ignore buffs list then it should ignore casting the buff. Other thing, what target is the caster trying to buff?
