GoldenFrog submitted a new resource:

Skill: Bind Wound - Max Bind Wound Skill Safely and Easily

Maximizes Bind Wound skill quickly and safely by removing and re-adding all worn gear to create an HP gap.

  1. Buy a stack of bandages
    1. Single stack of 1,000 should be far more than enough
  2. Click off all buffs
    1. At least any HP regen ones
  3. Stand in a corner somewhere
  4. /lua run skill_bindwound

The macro will remove/re-equip armor and bandage until needing to repeat.

NOTE: If both bracers have the same name, one may be left...

Love new luas!!! Ty GF.

As a general thing, in 99-00 I did bind wound as maxing your skills was important, skills mattered back then. I never played a monk in those early years and was a armored character and caster (reliant on a healer), so as time went on, never really cared to continue bothering much with Bind Wound. In todays game, I am sorta still in that mentality.."its for Monks", due to ignorance. I do have a rarely played Monk, but like I said..I'm a bit ignorant about his true capabilities. So for learning, someone please educate me as who else really uses Bind Wound and its good purpose. I fully will be using this Lua, its just me trying to learn about the use of the skill. Thank you.

I skill it up every level cap ONLY to get the Class Utility Proficiency Achievement, found under: Achievements -> General->Skill. Pretty certain it is meaningless like most things (like begging), etc. in that category.

GF, Thank you, I enjoyed seeing it go. I am not completely sure on this, but it seemed to ONLY use bag 1 for putting gear in. I tested on a monk and he has all main inv slots full, but TONS of space within almost all the bags. So when I started the skill Lua, it only would rotate off a few items and then stopped after a few minutes. I opened up bag 2 and wondered why no gear was going in there. Bag2 and 3 practically empty 20 slot bags.

I moved stuff from bag 1 over to another and ran it again, BAM-O. My Dude became Magic Mike and started undressing, I was like OMGOSH dude I see your E-Peen..thankfully he had his Othmir Fez to stay modest. :airquote:
Can you take a look at the bag thing? I might be crazy. Anyways I saw my guy go from 450 to 600 pretty fast. TY !!

With all the bind wound AA, you don't need to take off your gear. I'm getting skill ups at 100% life. Least as a zerker.
