I don't have it anywhere in my .ini, any ideas why it is being activated?

you probably have usemq2melee=1, which will use the mq2melee plugin, and its probably doing it, so i would set usemq2melee=0

and for good measure

/dga /plugin mq2melee unload
or use /bcaa if you on eqbcs.

sorry for numerous questions, looked in .ini and combat ability Spurn is not there, actually no setting that I can see for Combat Abilities. Spurn is 108 and I wanted to replace it with Thwart 113.
