Config - SK .ini assistance

Below is what seems to be the best 70 SK ini as the other 2 are for TLPs. I loaded it exactly as laid out and I am having several issues.
1. KA version mismatch - Do I just change the version number? What else makes it different
2. Buff 1 - voice of thule loads in slot 8 and is a 9 min timer. After a couple min it is unmemmed and moves on to Buff 2. Once the buffs are done it goes back to 1 and stays there
3. Pet never gets summoned - I deleted Buff 1 so it wouldnt get caught in the loop but after the buffs the ini seems to just stop. It doesnt summon or buff the pet. any thoughts?
