ShOeCrEwS 115 RNG {CoV} - Quit messin around with fancy RNG positioning and just use this one

|Buff 16 will /t your group mage 'modrod plz' - you can set an event in your magician's Events INI to summon modrods when told. If you need help with this, just PM me on disc.
|DPS1 will use the FVRL setup (if you have it), otherwise don't worry about it. The /stick commands work just fine.
|Also, DPS 35/36 are a pre-conditioned bando swap to use cone/book if you need to retain/regain mana mid fight. turn them on at your discretion, they will cause a DPS loss!

It can be put in, with Cond19 - I had parsed it out and thought "eh, Sleet is more DPS." By all means, though, add it in (I recommend with Cond19, as it's going to maybe save you some mana in the longrun only saving it for the Burn aDPS).

Rangers just CHEW through mana, so I wound up deciding against it after running parses for about a month.

you also need ` and not ' eq uses the backtick and not apostrophe for player pets

Have been talking with Shoe directly about some tweaks, but this one is confusing. My Shout of the Arbor Stalker is not casting. Also, even though Eyes of the Visionary is a long buff, 7hrs with my focii, my ranger is regularly recasting it. Lastly, if I target my MA or anyone else and manually cast Arbor Stalker, I get the message *****Stuck Gem***** TRUE. The only person who gets a buff blocked message is me because the ranger self buffs are better than the group buffs.
