Err um haven't used shambot in months. One of the reasons I wrote KissAssist was to replace shambot. Will have to test it the code looks fine and should root if DoRoot=1 but oh well.

So you use KissAssist for your Shaman over Shambot? Seems like Shambot is much more in depth, but KissAssist does get the job done.

You're the best maskoi! I thank you for this, I still love shambot due to kiss not really working the same way shambot does yet. I threw in some 91+ spells on my old shambot but some stuff seemed weird. he wouldn't cast penumbra of renewal anymore etc. So I was using kiss but it doesn't canny during battle which makes LOTD burns hard. I have court today, so I won't be able to enjoy this till later on, hopefully I don't get fined up the arse.. At least I have something to look forward to now.
 
Is there any way in Shambot to keep my toon from trying to insta-sit all the time post combat? Sometimes I need to move him around and he tries to constantly sit. If I stand him up and go straight ahead, I can move. However, If I stand and turn, he sits back down before I can complete the turn and start moving. Maybe there's a setting or keyboard input timeout value that I can adjust. Thanks for the killer work on this and KISS. Lovin' both.
 
You may have already figured it out by now but I was just browsing posts. The simplest way to stop him from sitting constantly is to change his sitat value. I changed my shammy to SitAt=50 and I rarely have problems unless he just died. that's in your shambotTOONNAME file.
 
I see that setting but I don't want to her to not sit for that long. Maybe things have changed since I last played but I thought mana regen was greater during combat while sitting. What I'm looking for is some sort of a "pause before sit" value when you attempt to move the toon around. I'm going to switch to KISS as soon as combat canni is included. I OOM too much without it now. Thanks for the help.

Personally I'm looking forward to a level 100 Update for shambot, as buggy as it seems, with Canni maxed and a good amount of AA's it runs my shammy FM all the time. never a need to sit or use a mount. Kiss on the other hand still doesn't function like shambot even with the combat canni. Any plans to revamp shambot for ROF?

Combat canni was added about a month ago to KissAssist.

It was casting Unity of the Corageous over and over and I checked and double checked I was spelling it right. I ended up searching for the problem and found this.

I put a space between "rk I-III" at the end and it works fine now.
 
That line is a comment. | = Comment in macroquest2 . Its just one of my notations and is completely ignored by the macro. Maybe was something was fixed in latest MQ2 release?

That's more likely then, because I couldn't make it work before with the new unity. lol. I've actually been testing out kiss with the shammy lately. Since you made kiss use things like canni during combat it's made it a lot better. I think I may just start using kiss for shm too since I use it for everything else.
 
Hi Maskoi, first off i would like to thank you for all the work you do with your Mac's, love kissassist above and beyond other macs i have used :) Would like to know if you have intentions of updating Shambot to fit inline with RoF expansion, there are a few shammy buffs i think we use now that have an AA that can be used instead of a spell. ie: Preincarnation, is both a spell and an AA when i use it in my buff section shambot still seems to load up and cast the spell version. Would like to get Shambot running for shaman as its a little more tailored to the shammy profession.

Its kind of low on the list. My shammy is only 95 and doesn't have Rof. I might get it in September but who knows. Harder to code without an actual toon that level to test everything.
 
I used to use Shambot all the time. Loved it. Although I'm pretty sure I wasn't using it to it's full potential. I primarily used it as a buff bot lol
 
Does any one have a version of Shambot they have modified for level 100 operations they wouldn't mind posting if that's ok with Maskoi?
 
Post away. What is not working at 100? I haven't used shambot other than testing unity in like over a year.
