Notes
Basic Shaman, with some condition functionality that can be extended as it levels.
This shaman is primary healer and debuffer in the group.
[BGCOLOR=initial]The intention is to make the configuration as good as it can possibly be within the [/BGCOLOR]KissAssist[BGCOLOR=initial] framework.[/BGCOLOR]

Melee is still turned on at the moment, it'll be turned off at higher levels.
Pet section added as Shaman get a pet at level...
