Question - Shaman debuff help

I have Shaman set to cast debuff resist, and slow in the DPS section. This seems to be causing him to not med during combat. Is there any way to correct this issue?

I'm having the same issue.

Also, is there a way to limit how many times they recast on resist? Sometimes it just chain casts on reds and pulls crazy aggro.

Any way to make them cannidance?
