Problem - Shaman auto clicking off Spirit of Bih`li and Melee won't use discs

So my shaman is having this issue of always clicking off it's Spirit of Bih`Li spell. No idea why; nothing is in blocked buffs.

Additionally, my two melee boxes will not use discs even though I put them in the same way that the compiled ini's and the guide has them. Below are all 3 character ini's. Thanks in advance for the help! This is for ROF EQ Emulator MQ2.

I'm also noticing that even though the shaman has Spirit of the Leopord set to melee, it sometimes casts it on everybody (and sometimes chain casts it on everybody)...

you have 3 assists and no tank....also berserkers dont get a buff of Symbol of Grandeur so i would remove that. As for the |melee tag thought there was an issue with that on that edition of the macro

My warrior is operating in the PullerTank role. The Symbol of Grandeur is a custom charm clicky on the EMU I play on. If the ROF2/Emulator KA build has a specific issue with |melee tags, at least that would explain the problem...

You could try the class tags instead of melee. That was added in 10.2.6.

Buffs and Heals got a class tag.
Buffs1=Buff to cast|class|war,ber,pal
Buffs2=Buff to cast|dual|Buff to check|class|clr,enc,dru

Heals1=Heal to cast|90|class|wiz,mag,enc

Class when used with dual has to be placed at the end of the entry.

No idea on why the Shaman doesn't like his movement buff. /block was my guess, but you checked that. KA can click buffs off, but it is via the "remove" tag in Buffs.

Buffs1=Buff to cast|class|war,ber,pal
Buffs2=Buff to cast|dual|Buff to check|class|clr,enc,dru

Heals1=Heal to cast|90|class|wiz,mag,enc

Class when used with dual has to be placed at the end of the entry.

No idea on why the Shaman doesn't like his movement buff. /block was my guess, but you checked that. KA can click buffs off, but it is via the "remove" tag in Buffs.

I've tried the class tags as well and they don't seem to work with the EMU KA version. I'm thinking a lot of the issues I'm having are due to that version of KA.

I've also got a frequent issue where my casters (shaman especially) will mem a spell in their buff list, start casting, then immediately open spellbook and mem a new spell before finishing casting the first one; rinse and repeat.
