Question - Sham/Chanter haste

Is there a way to get a shaman to check if the group has chanter haste and for the shaman to not cast its haste if the chanter haste is on the group?

They can check themselves for a buff. This would have a shammy cast Celerity if they did not have "Hastening of Milyex" in their own buff window.

BuffsCond2=!${Me.Buff[Hastening of Milyex].ID}

If you want to actually have other group members reporting their exact buffs, you need to run an automatic info relay like MQ2Netbots or DanNet.
