Secret Question Reset Nerf/New bug

Has anyone found a new bug to change the Secret Question on an account? As of last night the bug of opening a secondary login screen and refreshing does not work. I've been playing around with versions of the old bug but haven't come up with anything.

ok i used the old bug for changing the secret question.. and for shits and giggles i went andtried this again.... it does indeed seem to be nerfed
