okie found this out with my 60 rog.
use a strike disc (grin evily one) and do the normal bs and kill it, then sneek/hide right away, and hit the strike disc again. this way you should get the msg, you have not been hidden long enough (words to that effect) and your endurance should fly up to max (or what the disc cost, not sure which)
not sure if this still works after last patch (havnt had time to test) but worked before it.
