Problem - Returntocamp / Leashing

I can't get my tank to return to camp or stay at camp despite adjusting a number of settings below. The puller tags the mob, then my tank runs and fights it by himself out in the zone.
When I start MQ2, I do get this error, but don't know how to fix it:
"leashing exceeded distance of 0 turning off return to camp"
Any ideas on how to get my tank to stay in camp?

Role=Tank
CampRadius=20
CampRadiusExceed=0
ReturnToCamp=1
ChaseAssist=0
ChaseDistance=0

[Melee]
AssistAt=99
MeleeOn=1
FaceMobOn=0
MeleeDistance=75
UseMQ2Melee=1

CampRadiusExceed should be 350 to 450+. This setting lets KA know if you randomly wind up away from camp, like a mob summons you or you get CoH'd or you pause the macro and run your group to a new camp across the zone, that KA should not attempt to auto-run back to the original camp. If it is set at zero, KA thinks you have instantly gone too far from camp to reasonably make it back, so it automatically sets ReturnToCamp to Off temporarily.
Code:
CampRadiusExceed=400

The puller can go farther than this, but other toons will check their distance.

That got rid of the leashing exceeded distance of 0 error. However, my tank still wasn't returning to camp. I finally got him to stay put by using /makecamp leash. Thanks for your help.
