Reloading kiss ini?

Question Kissassist: how can I reload a `kissassist_char.ini, after I made a change?

In the past, just launching "/mac kissassist assist" would cause a reset of the actual ini and a reload of the (probabbly modified) Kissassist_charname.ini.
Actually I don't know any way to force MQNext to tell kissassist to relaod the ini.

I have to close MQ, to camp desktop and relaunch eq to get kissassist to use the modified ini.

howdy dragonslayer, you should be able to just /kasettings

From the kiss wiki:
/kasettingsFor reloading sections of your ini file without restarting kissassist. ++

I have done with Knightly suggest many times, still do when I am fiddling with getting things right instead of going with it 'as is' that works great, I know I am going to try /kasettings next time though.

Found the reason for my problem:
Somehow the kissassist_charname.ini ended up in 2 different folders: "MQNext/macros" and "MQNext/config".
Probably because times ago I attempted a manual migration and last week I used the migration tools.
If I understand well what happened it seems that kissassist first attempts to load from the folder "config" if the ini is not there it tries to find it in "macros".
As I have edited the ini in the folder macros, it had no effect.
When I saved them with a different name in folder macros, I crated an ini not existent in the folder "config" so /mac kissassist ini Kissassist_charnameNew.ini would work as expected.

Solution:
I cancelled all Kissassist*.ini in "macros" and started to use exclusively the folder "config" for my kissassist*.inis and now its working as I expect.
