THE OMFG EMUS ARE A LOT OF WORK UPDATE.
Status
1. The Red Planet Emu Server Beta is up and running with private login.
Reality Check
EQ Emu is only scripted up through 90 % Gates of Discord of Everquest. This means most expansions after that have no quests and in some cases mobs have no loot. This all rests on my shoulders as I have never played Emus and I had completely misinterpreted what I had red.
The zones all exist through Underfoot if you have the Steam UF download but most are just the mobs. The mobs in UF are non aggressive and have about 10% of the hps they should. My main priority right now is getting the Login and account management set up for you.
As Red Planet matures and we am able to explore the EMU community more we will try to update some of the newer zones for XP and Loot. Please keep this in mind as you play.
EQ Emu has no Mercenaries it has Bots which are similiar but different. We will explore over the next few weeks on how we are going to limit bots. They can be of any class and people can make entire groups of bots if allowed. We won't be doing that but we do want to find a balance that makes using them on Red Planet fun and smart so people aren't blasting through the world in a week. Read about them here.
I am really sorry about my misconceptions about the content of EQ Emu but I still think its going to be worth it. I want to thank all of you for your patience and specially to those who donated to get us started. Red Planet is going to be a learning experience but we expect the whole project is going to be tons of fun for us all.

After 3 weeks and 3 complete web server and Emu wipes and reinstalls
2. MQ2 for Red Planet Steam UF EQ in progress 90% working /gate is broken and some other stuff
3. KissAssist 4.2 working but still in progress 75%It's going to take several weeks to incorporate Emu Bots into it.
4. The new character account and login system for the website in progress 25% doneI will try and get a temporary account creation page up an running this weekend so people can start logging in and exploring.
