So trying to use the Redbot porter to get to sebilis, I get ported to PoTranquility stone and a message that states I am not experienced enough to use an inter-planar portal. I am 46 so I should be able to zone into Seb without the key. About to port to EJ and run to Seb to see if I can click my way in.

Can't click my way in at 46, I get the message that it's locked and I am not holding the key.

Emperor Ganak in TT does not seem to respond to me to be able to start the quest for the key. I can't remember if a certain faction is required.

Last edit: I just went and killed the two frogs needed to get the medallions. Turned them in and got my Seb key. With the key I was able to enter Seb.

Well it was a whole lot easier than when I did it back in the day. /target forager, warp t...kill, /target hunter, /warp t...kill. /target Ganak.../warp t...grats me. I just can't believe I remembered which mobs to kill.
 
You never forget things like that. I still remember every step to the Coldain shawl quest, every step for Skyshrine armor including the gems. I know noob zones like you wouldn't believe, my cousin use to log on when I hit 30 and delete my character when we first started playing, hahaha.
 
No I haven't uploaded the new compile yet still working on some stuff.

Something else for you to look at:
MQ2cast is not detecting when a spell fizzles.

I tried with the TLO ${Cast.Result} and with the option -maxtries|# in both cases it will not recast the spell if it fizzles. The TLO ${Cast.Result} returns CAST_SUCCESS after a fizzle.

I'm not sure if this is a problem with EMU only? Can it be fixed?
 
I have newer of MQ2Cast in the compile now that should fix that will upload it sometime today.
 
Wait, wait, wait. We have fabled mobs available. I just zoned into Seb and saw the Fabled Arch Duke Iatol? THAT IS AWESOME!!!

I found those too - very cool, especially when they ported me straight back to my bind point for free!!
Note to self: always check mobs before pulling the zone! :p

All spells through level 65 are now updated on the PoK venders.

Exception - I did NOT add the druid and wizard port spells for expansions after GoD, such as blightfire, Steppes, Slaughter, Bloodfields, Buried Sea, these spells do NOT function yet.

All of those are nerfed, the ones with ** would be the ones people would go after.
 
Red plant server first??? Naggy kill rofl. Didn't take a SS but got Bladestopper, Selo's drums, and pally book. CRAP LEWTZ!!!! rofl.
 
PoK Updates

Gemcrafter Lentos is now offering melee augs for your weapons in PoK, including a newly discovered series of increase hate augs.

Iason Yureska has expanded his line of defiant jewlery items to inculde high end belts, cloaks, hoods and pauldrens.

We will look at this and probably remove the key requirements that need raids
 
I was leveling fast in PoNightmare for a bit. Now I can't have more than one toon in the zone after 10mins or so. Same with Maidens and PoDisease. The toon doesn't crash, but stops getting server updates it looks like. One toon is running around killing and the other will eventually stop getting updates and just stand in on place.

Yes, I cut it down to just having 2 bots running. I was going to try with only PCs tonight.
 
Anyone know where I can get EQ Underfoot download without paying 20 bucks from steam? im about done spending money on eq for awhile, just activated 2 accounts and paid for lvl 2 access here and now i see this and want to play on this server..

You are in the in the new zone and not the old one. Tell the teleporter sro not southro
 
Theres a new zone - BAH, no one tells me anything, I am guessing I should read the manual, but wheres the fun in that....will try the "sro" instead!
ps I only found out that "#zone [shortname]" works last night too!
 
the emu is only up to gates of discord so it uses the names and files of the old zones before revamps. South ro was revamped in Prophecy of Ro.

This was fixed. The teleporter saw akanon inside trakanon which is why he sent he sent you there.

You now have to type ak'anon to get ported to the gnomes home city.

Your macroquest.ini file has the following error:

[Aliases]

blah, blah, list

Seems that when it sees the top [Aliases] it won't look in the lower one. The top [Aliases] line simple needs to be removed.
