Question - Reavers Bargain

I have been playing the sk for many years and in the latest expansion, Reavers Bargain is something new that people are starting to work back in the program. If KA has a condition and or spot that someone has used this can you please let me know. I dont know how to add this aa in and where would I add it?

I know nothing about shadow knights, but I looked in the .ini libary and found this 1 that appears to use Reaver's Bargain:
