is RF an exception for MQ2 to be used in progression servers?

MQ2 is restricted on Truebox, but Ragefire is not Truebox

Truebox servers only for no MQ2.

Truebox servers are: Agnarr, Coirnav and Phinigel I believe. Lockjaw and RF can both use MQ2.
