Question - Quillmane on Agnarr?

Looking for a way to track PH'ers for Quillmane on Agnarr using SEQ.

Some of the things it tracks are unclear to me. My understanding of the PH's is that they have <=1min spawn timers, give or take.

Does one of these columns show me that? What does Interval mean?
