im not sure how to type this but hope ya could throw me a bone on this one.

was looking for if my target is over 40% health and my aa.ability "cacophony" is ready cast it.

i know this is a kinda easy one but seems all my searchs return a to common search result. and i can get parts of it to work but not all together lol. thanks in advance.
