Quick question, didnt know where else to ask.. (1 Viewer)

In addition to EQ i play CSS (counter strike source) and notice a LOT of ppl seem to be running scripts, etc on there.... where would i find hacks, scripts, etc for CSS? Anyone know? What program they use? etc....
