I have done a search and could not find the answer. I know this is probably a silly question, but how would you change hotbutton sets and press a button via a macro?

If your trying to switch between page 1-10 of your main hot button's a very simple way would be

/keypress shift hold //Presses the Shift Key, and Holds it
/delay 0.2s
/keypress 2 //This is your hotbutton set number
/delay 0.2s
/keypress shift //Releases the Shift key
/delay 0.2s
/keypress 2 //this presses the number 2 key, using the hotbutton #2
/delay 0.2s
/keypress shift hold //Presses the Shift Key, and Holds it
/delay 0.2s
/keypress 1 //This is your hotbutton set number
/delay 0.2s
/keypress shift //Releases the Shift key

The Code will, Change your hot button page to page 2, press the #2 hot button, then switch back to Page 1.

I know they also put in game a way to save hot button sets like spells, but I don't know / Remember the slash command to load a new hotbutton set.

What about switching to one of the other hotbutton sets and depressing one of those?

Use the same formula HardOne did, just edit the numbers in lines 3 and 7 to the appropriate hotbar and button.

I guess I should comprehend what I read a little better. It was there. Just having a brain dead day I guess.

Trying to pass this on via IRC to depress a hotbutton on a different toon

/bc <toon> /keypress 1

I thought it would work, but does not pass the keystoke.

Any suggestions?

/bc <toon> //keypress 1 (it needs 2 "//" before a command)
