What you need help with
ISboxer is great. I have been using it for years. I used it for WOW, EQ and a number of other MMOs. I mainly use it for displaying the characters on a 2nd monitor and driving on the 1st. Also Key replication of the first 1 through = keys is great. I just put assist socials in 1, and nukes in 2 and 3, heals in 7 ect. so if I have a druid, shaman and cleric, their main heals, usually group heals (no aiming) all start casting at once. I know it is inefficient, but it works for me.

So this is worth paying for? Or is there a free way to get it? I tried using winEQ but it would always crash after server select so I stopped using it and no longer have free trial.
I'm up to 4 boxes, 2 manual 2 KA'd. I want to add more but alt-tabbing between all the clients is a lot.
With ISBoxer I can stop alt-tabbing and set each client window to specific hotkeys?
Like always have warr on alt-f1, cleric on alt-f2, monk alt-f3...?

winEQ is usable free, but you lose some of the functionality. It works fine for me, have been using it since 2001.
ISBoxer is the evolution of winEQ. It takes a bit to get set up just right, but it kicks ass for what it does. Afraid though that I do not use it myself so can not help with the particulars, just offering my opinion that yes, it is worth the cost, but you can lose hair getting it set up. Know a lot of folks who are more then happy with it, especially the instant switch+key repeaters.
Be patient and ask questions with plenty of information, folks will lend a hand =)
