The following is the very very lightly edited version of Emerica's 105 SK ini build posted here:

so this isn't my own creation or anything like that - it works great with exception to the fact that it isnt auto pulling. Here is the INI after the camp return is enabled, role updated, pull toggle on, and removed one or two item buffs i dont have for my character. I also tried swapping out the entire pull section with one i knew to work previously - still not pulling. I know this is an "out of date" ini file, but it is the most recent on the boards for 105 SK.

PullRadiusToUse=850

This Pull section ini entry is looking for a percentage type from 0-100. 90 is the default, so I'd change it back to that. Right now your pullertank thinks it can cast at 8.5x (850) the range of you pull spell, so it doesn't try to run after anything.

The setting is how close for your pull spell/item's range you want to get before using it. If you're pull spell has 200 range, setting it to "90" would have your pullertank run withing 180 units of the pull target before casting.

If that doesn't fix it, tell us a bit more about what the pullertank does once you start it. What does the MQ2 window report? Does he buff himself? Is he choosing target but not moving? Is it kicking back on error about the navmesh? Is it trying to med or wait for a party member?
