I currently use my MT in teh pullertank role. It normally works brilliantly, however in ToV there are number of fairly tight areas (e.g. Velks platform) where you want the puller to drag the mob back into the camp as tight as possible. What happens is the pulletank grabs aggro and then runs to the exact spot where you started the macro but then when the mob gets close he 'runs out' and starts tanking away from that spot. I currently use;

Camp Radius = 45
Melee Distance = 75

Is there anyway of tightening this up without affecting the tank grabbing aggro on a mob that pops and aggros one of the group but hasnt been intentionally pulled?
 
Camp Radius = How far around camp should I look for adds and also when should I "returntocamp" if I've walked around while killing a mob.
Melee Distance = How close does a mob need to be before I start my attack sequence. This one I think is used for a pullertank waiting for a pulled mob to come in.

Shortening Melee Distance would do what you want. If you have any pets in group also check the pet attack distance in Pet section, I think it defaults to like 115 and sometimes they'll charge out and lock a mob before it gets in tank's range.
