I'm returning after a very long break. So I am a bit out of date on my info. Any correcting me on where my thinking is wrong would be very helpful.
Weapon proc's can only proc one or the other if you have 2 inserted per swing?
Buff's that add melee proc's (Shaman Talisman's Bard songs) will only proc if you did not get a weapon proc, and of the two i listed you will again be limited to one or the other triggering. And then only if they do not share the same slot number.
Same question as above about Defensive buff's (Shining Rampart + Letheragy + Flintar's Retort)
Trying to find out if i Wasting a ton of mana. and focus on only maintaining a single offensive and defensive buff on the tank.
