Plugins not loading

Having some trouble with some of my plugins. Docrack doesn't load, and same with nokos. Just get the cannot be loaded message.

i have had blond moments... and i forget to put MQ2 infront of the name

i know that may not be your case.. but just tossed it out there 8-)

Are you compiling the plugins or is it some one elses .dll?? If it is some one elses .dll and you didn't remove the date check off plugins it won't load.
