Question - Playable expansion from a fresh peq/private server

I was wondering up to which expansions it gives a good playing experience with a fresh peq on a private server? I am not taking about real era experience but more mobs and raid have the right hp/dynamic. I got the rof2 clients.

Yeah think it only goes to OoW, last I checked they were working on DoN. Is that what you found out?

That's how it was when I dabbled 4 years ago. Unless you want to write all the code for the quests and balance all the mobs for the rest of it, I don't think they're ever going to get any further.

I started doing that for the TSS expansion because it's my preferred beginning. Gave up after writing all the tradeskill quests and adding a vender for defiant in pok lol.
