Anyplace where you can kill the fastest, where the mobs drop diamonds/blue diamonds.

any where in the planes is decent is what i meant by that. You could do Plane of Fire or Ruins of L or any of the planes they all drop diamonds and are good for farming. Depends on your group level and setup.
