Does PetBreakMezSpell refer to a spell the mage will cast to break mez? Forgive me for stupid questions, but I'm just really learning to use Kissassist.

Yes, that is exactly what that means....

When you are pet tanking, and you have a mezed mob, the pet will not break mez on its own, so you need the pet owner to do something to break the mez and get the mob engaged so the pet can attack it. Hense, a setting so the pet owner can cast a dmg spell that will break the mez, and get combat started again.
