Question - Per character plugins loaded

Is there a setting to enable only specific characters load cwtn plugins? Example is I run 2 shamans, and I constantly play with other people, raids etc. I want to have one on cwtn and the other to run mule for the abilities of buffing non local. If I enable mq2shm it loads on every shaman. When I load in my 2nd shaman and unload the plugin, the next time I play is off for both.
So, basically per account on/ off settings for plugins?

you can use cfg files to manage that as needed

so a vox_dudebro.cfg might have a /plugin mq2shaman unload noauto
