Bug - Pay DBG subscriptions in Euro if possible.

The current setup makes the accounts about 1 buck cheaper per month (if you pay 12 month subs) or 40 cents cheaper for a 1 month sub if you pay in Euro instead of USD. For me who lives in Europe, it's very handy.

However, if I want to buy Kronos I pay more than 19 bucks each in Euro.
